The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within the construction industry
- Trade Certificate qualification or similar
- Prior experience in Site Management preferably on large-scale commercial projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and oversee/manage sub-contractors, lead toolboxes and keep site operations running to schedule
- Able to deal with a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- Focus on site safety and employee/contractor welfare
