A proud Kiwi-owned tier-one, family run business that has been established for over half a century is now looking for a high performing Site Manager to join their team in Auckland. They have an exciting pipeline of work and some large projects ongoing/upcoming in 2026.

The company has a strong reputation nationwide for delivering highly complex projects on time successfully.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within the construction industry
  • Trade Certificate qualification or similar
  • Prior experience in Site Management preferably on large-scale commercial projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and oversee/manage sub-contractors, lead toolboxes and keep site operations running to schedule
  • Able to deal with a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Focus on site safety and employee/contractor welfare
