​Henry joined the Assemble team after building a hands-on career in the rigging and craneage industry, working across major projects in Auckland and Wellington. With experience in steel erection and crane operations, Henry brings practical insight mixed with sales experience he gained in Melbourne.


While new to the recruitment industry, Henry brings a fresh, site-based perspective to the role. He’s known for being open, honest, and consistent, and places a strong emphasis on clear, transparent communication — shaped by years of working with radio comms during complex lifts and high-risk operations.

Originally from England, Henry has called Aotearoa home for the last 6 years. He’s an avid fisherman and a passionate footy fan, closely following the Warriors. When he’s not at work you’ll usually find Henry floating around the Hauraki Gulf!
