The role:
They currently seek an intermediate to senior level Estimator to join their Auckland team.
The ideal candidate will bring circa 6-10 years’ experience, pricing a wide range of earthworks projects across the Auckland and Waikato region.
They will be detail-focused, commercially astute, and skilled at building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Comply with Tender and Contract Review procedures and complete documentation on time.
- Finalise tenders early to allow thorough internal review.
- Provide post-tender analysis on factors driving outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying (or another relevant discipline)
- Circa 6 to 10 years’ experience as an Estimator ideally within the earthworks space
- Sound relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and proven relationship-building skills
- Local experience and NZ work rights are essential
