The Commercial Property Manager will lead end-to-end management across a mixed-use portfolio ensuring the effective enhancement of each property's performance. The Commercial Property Manager will lead end-to-end management across a mixed-use portfolio ensuring the effective enhancement of each property's performance. Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and lease administration, ensuring strong tenant satisfaction and accurate recording of data
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Oversee planned and preventative maintenance across the portfolio
- Prepare concise monthly management reports and support the finance team with reconciliations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders not limited to tenants, landlords and the wider property team
- A tertiary qualification in Property or similar field would be beneficial, but not essential
- 3+ years in commercial property management
- Effective communication both written and verbal
- Be a problem solver, showing initiative and ability to make decisions while working autonomously.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills including MS Office.
