Job description

Assemble are working with a boutique commercial property agency on their search for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team. With a long-term focus and strong track-record, they handle everything from acquisition and asset management to leasing and disposals on behalf of their clients. 

The Commercial Property Manager will lead end-to-end management across a mixed-use portfolio ensuring the effective enhancement of each property's performance. You will have genuine influence over asset strategy, working closely with experienced property professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and lease administration, ensuring strong tenant satisfaction and accurate recording of data
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee planned and preventative maintenance across the portfolio
  • Prepare concise monthly management reports and support the finance team with reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders not limited to tenants, landlords and the wider property team
About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in Property or similar field would be beneficial, but not essential
  • 3+ years in commercial property management 
  • Effective communication both written and verbal 
  • Be a problem solver, showing initiative and ability to make decisions while working autonomously.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills including MS Office.
