An employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy with over a century of success is expanding its Tauranga office and looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to help lead the delivery of regionally critical land development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- Leading the civil design and delivery of land development and infrastructure projects from concept through to construction
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated project solutions
- Providing technical oversight (12d), QA and guidance to the wider team
- Working with clients, contractors, and councils to ensure seamless delivery
- Supporting proposals, bid work and client relationship development
You’re an experienced civil engineer with a solid background in land development and infrastructure delivery. You know your way around local consenting processes and have a reputation for getting things done — well. You enjoy mentoring others and want to be part of a high-performing, down-to-earth team.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ civil engineering experience within NZ consultancies
- Strong land development experience (greenfield, brownfield, infrastructure)
- Proficiency in 12d
- Sound understanding of local authority codes, standards and consenting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPEng or working toward it (support provided)
- Bonus points for project management experience and client-facing confidence
