 Senior Site Manager – Structural & Vertical Builds

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager who is familiar with complex structural and steel-frame builds. A confident leader who leads from the front can coordinate multiple teams and understands how to deliver a project safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being on the ground, setting the pace, and bringing structure to vertical builds. You'll start on mid-size, fast-moving projects and shift into larger, more complex builds as the pipeline evolves.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running the day-to-day site operations and leading a team of Site Managers
• Managing subcontractors and holding teams accountable to the programme and quality
• Ensuring work is delivered safely and in line with both contract and spec
• Working closely with the Project Manager to hit timeframes and key milestones
• Taking ownership of site culture and being a leader others can rely on
• Keeping on top of cost control, delivery, and defect management through to PC

What You'll Need

• Solid experience delivering structural and steel-framed buildings
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset — ideally from a trade background
• Strong leadership – able to manage teams and get the best out of others
• Confidence with programmes, site coordination, and sequencing
• A good eye for quality and risk, and the ability to hold standards on site
• Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure and leads by example

This is a senior role with real responsibility. You'll be trusted to take ownership, bring energy to the site, and do things the right way — with safety, pride, and teamwork at the core.
