Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction (NZ-based preferred)
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Strong understanding of NZS3910 and standard contract forms
- Proficiency in cost reporting, financial forecasting, and variation control
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
