This role is to add depth of experience to an already capable team, ensuring commercial excellence across a growing portfolio of projects. The company is seeking a candidate with diverse, full-lifecycle experience who can think on their feet and add value to their existing team of high-performance Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost planning, forecasting, reporting and risk across varied project values
- Lead tendering and subcontract procurement to achieve best-value outcomes
- Partner with project teams to protect margins and drive efficiencies
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to support repeat work
- Lead cost measurement, variations and final accounts, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial alignment
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- 5+ years QS experience within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of NZ contracts, regulations and commercial practices
- Commercially astute with a consistent record of on-time, on-budget delivery
- Confident, personable communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
