Assemble Recruitment are partnered with a well-respected civil consultancy based in Queenstown looking for an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer to join their team.
This role will primarily be focused on land development projects.
They have a strong pipeline in place with projects in both public and private developments.
You will be joining a down to earth team who take pride in delivering quality projects. There is room for growth and development, and you will be joining a company who promotes learning opportunities through ongoing training. Additionally, there is support in completing your chartership if not already completed.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, you will be working alongside other engineers as well as other professionals to create concepts for the planning process and detailed design for developments which may include storm water, wastewater, roading, and earthworks to set standard and then approval.
- Contract Administration, compilation of contracts, specifications, schedules, and tender documents. Tendering appraisals and recommendations to Client. Processing claims, etc.
- Site Observation, site meetings with client, contractors, and councils. This will involve recording the progress of works, addressing site queries, observing site testing and compilation of a full site record of QA.
- Strong design skills using 12D and/ or Civil 3D.
- A relevant civil engineering degree
