Client Details
An exciting opportunity as a Development Manager has arisen with one New Zealand’s most reputable organisations. My client is a leader in delivering and managing world class commercial, logistics, industrial and alternative assets across New Zealand and due to growth within their pipeline are seeking to bring on an experienced Development Manager.

As a Development Manager working within the property and infrastructure team, where you will be responsible for driving the strategy and the financial assessment of projects nationally, work with the internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of these projects from inception through to design, leasing and marketing, and asset management implementation strategies.

About you
You will have significant development management experience within the property market and will be able to set up and actualise projects, manage the projects to ensure that they are running on time, and that quality and cost are at held at the core of this role.

Reporting into the senior management, you will hit the ground running managing several $50mil + projects across New Zealand. This will see you being involved in projects from concept to completion and will include managing and developing design briefs, cost management, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.

You will have a strong track record of experience working in for a property developer, advisory or a project strategy role and will be able to lead from the front on all these large projects.

A tertiary degree in Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture and/or similar is a must along with 5 + years' related work experience managing and delivering property development projects ranging from $50 million +
