Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Hawke’s Bay

About the Role:
You’ll work alongside the Construction Manager and Directors, pricing projects and managing costs across live builds. This is a varied role where you’ll own the estimating process from tender through to project completion, advising on costs, managing contract variations, and helping to improve budget controls and efficiency. Your input will directly shape how the company grows its processes and success moving forward.

What You’ll Need:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar preferred
- 5+ years’ ( ideally) experience in commercial estimating or quantity surveying
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Experience with estimating software such as CostX or Buildsoft
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hawke’s Bay-based or open to relocating
