My client is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to shape, implement, and elevate a high-impact marketing strategy for a dynamic, forward-thinking property business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing professional to drive brand awareness, content creation, and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of industrial projects and fund management activities. You will work closely with the Property Senior Leadership Team, external agencies, and internal teams to bring innovative marketing ideas to life - ensuring alignment with business goals and unlocking the full value of our market presence.
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Set and lead the marketing strategy for my clients Property, Capital, and Energy business.
- Increase brand visibility and clearly showcase the business’s unique value proposition.
- Develop high-quality content and marketing collateral to support business development and client engagement.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, publications, and social/digital content.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyse return on investment (ROI).
- Provide strategic marketing advice and media support to the Property Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead Public Relations activities, ensuring positive media coverage and brand messaging.
- Oversee the creation of compelling internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and external documents, ensuring brand alignment.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact in all marketing initiatives.
- Continuously review marketing activities to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
- Develop lead generation strategies to attract high-quality sales leads.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date and compelling content.
- Develop, evaluate and approve brand sponsorships and event initiatives that align with the company’s brand strategy.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a highly regarded marketing, digital or advertising agency, experience within property, construction, or infrastructure is preferred, however not a requirement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities and a strategic and creative mindset.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape internally and externally.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing outcomes.
- Experience developing digital and traditional content strategies.
- Creative flair and an innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
- A collaborative, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in marketing technology and tools, including CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
