The Role:
This is a senior leadership role within a medium-sized firm where your voice will be heard, your experience valued and your delivery expertise put to good use.
You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects – including seismic upgrades, high-end fitouts and industrial builds, for both public and private sector clients. You will be confident in taking these projects from early design phases and consenting through procurement and delivery to hand over, leading projects end-to-end.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading consultant and contractor procurement
- Managing project risk, timelines and budgets
- Reporting across key project milestones and performance
- Providing clear direction and support to consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintaining strong, communicative relationships with clients and stakeholders
- 7+ years’ experience in project management— within consultancy or client-side in New Zealand
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and delivery processes
- Confident communicator who knows how to keep everyone aligned
- Good commercial judgement and a practical, problem-solving mindset
- A relevant degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or similar
- Experience across both public and private sector projects is a bonus
