Working across diverse sectors including Land Development, Commercial/Industrial, 3 Waters, Institutional, Bicultural, and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while meeting client objectives.

Working across diverse sectors including Land Development, Commercial/Industrial, 3 Waters, Institutional, Bicultural, and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while meeting client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize water and wastewater treatment processes, including biological treatment systems such as activated sludge and membrane bioreactors (MBR).
- Implement advanced treatment technologies, including media filtration, chlorination, and fluoridation, to ensure water quality compliance.
- Conduct process simulations, modelling, and feasibility studies to evaluate system performance and propose enhancements.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians throughout project phases.
- Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and operation of treatment facilities.
- Perform troubleshooting and optimization to maximize plant efficiency and reliability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in water and wastewater treatment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment process design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with biological treatment systems (e.g., activated sludge, MBR) and water treatment processes (media filtration, chlorination, fluoridation).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as EPA regulations, state water quality standards, and industry standards related to water and wastewater treatment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
