This is an exciting opportunity to join a major Residential franchise as a Site Supervisor. This business delivers across light commercial and residential, comprising of a broad mix of housing typologies, including one-bedroom+ units, townhouses, stand-alone and terraced housing, and sub-division communities.
You will assist in delivering the company’s building projects on time and to a high standard, meeting client needs, health and safety requirements and managing costs effectively.

You will assist in delivering the company’s building projects on time and to a high standard, meeting client needs, health and safety requirements and managing costs effectively.
The role will include:
- Managing and undertaking site establishment
- Set up, manage and issue weekly Construction Programmes and 4-6 week lookaheads
- Manage and deliver acquisitions of materials and manage subcontractors
- Quality Assurance including booking site inspections and attending Council pre-starts
- Client management and attending PCG meetings
- Prompt reporting and updates to the Project Manager
- Complying with all HSE legislation, regulations and codes of practice
- Account management including site orders and deliveries
- Mentoring a junior Site Supervisor
- 4+ years site management experience with a contractor/home builder
- Construction related certificate or qualification
- 3 Level walk up experience is desirable but not essential
- The ability to motivate, drive and direct sub-contract labour
- Skilled in OH&S and industrial relations
- Excellent organisational and operational skills
- Adept in Microsoft Project and excel
- A problem solver and must be a team player
