- Run the day-to-day on fast-moving construction projects
- Coordinate trades, schedules and site logistics
- Ensure quality, safety, and programme deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Around 3 years’ experience in site management or a similar role within commercial construction or fit-outs
- Proactive, hands-on and confident in leading teams on site
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple trades and timelines
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and build trust
- Solid understanding of health & safety requirements
