With a strong, growing pipeline and a reputation for delivering projects efficiently and to a high standard, this role offers real growth opportunities for someone with 3 years’ site management experience in New Zealand looking to step up in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Run the day-to-day on fast-moving construction projects
  • Coordinate trades, schedules and site logistics
  • Ensure quality, safety, and programme deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
What we’re after
  • Around 3 years’ experience in site management or a similar role within commercial construction or fit-outs
  • Proactive, hands-on and confident in leading teams on site
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple trades and timelines
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and build trust
  • Solid understanding of health & safety requirements
