They are looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team in Christchurch. A chance for you to work on interesting projects alongside industry professionals. You will be given the right support and tools to deliver at your best but also be given the opportunity to develop with their internal academy.

As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to drive project success and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 + years experience in the Construction industry as a Site Manager
  • Trade Certificate or tertiary qualification related to construction
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Good communicator and can deal with a fast-paced environment 
  • Experienced in reading plans, managing sub-trades, toolbox meetings and keeping everyone on track.
