The Role
  
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the day-to-day construction activity and delivery of high calibre commercial construction and interiors projects with a view to lead and motivate site teams, drive performance and ensure an efficient and safe working environment.
  
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience with interiors projects, be able to competently and confidently manage subcontractors and have a track record of delivering quality results on time.
This role is perfect for an already established Senior Site Manager or an ambitious and proven Site Manager with 3-4+ years experience looking to take the next step in their career.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and organise site staff and sub-contractors
  • Lead site meetings and toolbox talks
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, council etc. in order to complete works on time.
  • Run proactive health & safety procedures and ensure work is carried out according to required guidelines
  • Manage materials and QA processes
