Mainland are seeking an experienced client-side Project Manager who will work closely with the Development Team Lead delivering a range of projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of vertical build projects from initiation through to successful handover.
  • Manage project teams including design, procurement, contracts, consents, and construction, ensuring projects meet budget, quality, and timeline objectives.
  • Confidently engage with key stakeholders, including boards, fund investors, and joint venture partners, communicating clearly the delivery strategy and progress projects are making.
  • Provide technical oversight and make informed decisions to ensure projects remain on track against agreed targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development Team Lead and wider team to drive the best possible results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the strategic growth of the development portfolio.

  • Strong technical expertise in design, procurement, contract administration, consents, risk management, and construction delivery.
