We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives on leading complex, high-value projects and wants to make a significant impact in one of New Zealand’s most iconic locations.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the commercial management of a high-profile $18M project from inception to completion
Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Managing subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
Ensuring contract compliance and providing commercial advice to the project team
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating commercial risks while driving value engineering solutions

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar in construction
Track record of delivering high-value, complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
Ability to guide teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
Experience on international or high-profile projects is highly desirable
