We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives on leading complex, high-value projects and wants to make a significant impact in one of New Zealand’s most iconic locations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the commercial management of a high-profile $18M project from inception to completion
  • Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Managing subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
  • Ensuring contract compliance and providing commercial advice to the project team
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks while driving value engineering solutions
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar in construction
  • Track record of delivering high-value, complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
  • Ability to guide teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Experience on international or high-profile projects is highly desirable
