Queenstown’s construction scene is heating up, and this is a chance to work on an $18M new build in Queenstown, an exciting project with international presence. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile development and make a real impact in one of New Zealand’s most iconic locations.

This role isn’t just about managing a project - it’s about owning it. You’ll guide every stage from planning through delivery, driving safety, quality, and programme excellence while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. What you’ll be doing

Leading the end-to-end delivery of an $18M new build project
Managing programmes, resources, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver on vision
Anticipating risks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track
Inspiring and mentoring your project team to achieve exceptional results

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-performance culture
Experience with new build projects and international exposure is highly desirable
