Queenstown’s construction scene is heating up, and this is a chance to work on an $18M new build in Queenstown, an exciting project with international presence. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile development and make a real impact in one of New Zealand’s most iconic locations.

This role isn’t just about managing a project - it’s about owning it. You’ll guide every stage from planning through delivery, driving safety, quality, and programme excellence while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of an $18M new build project
  • Managing programmes, resources, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver on vision
  • Anticipating risks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track
  • Inspiring and mentoring your project team to achieve exceptional results
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Experience with new build projects and international exposure is highly desirable
