The Role
A senior opportunity offering both challenge and impact. You will lead the delivery of vertical build projects across Queenstown, Wanaka and the wider Central Otago region, while also supporting a range of national projects.
You will play an influential part in project execution and delivery at both operational and strategic levels. This includes providing high-level guidance on key project matters, fostering and developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business. You’ll oversee new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects and enjoy being well-connected across the region, with a genuine interest in building strong client partnerships.
This position can be based in Queenstown or Wanaka.

The ideal candidate
- 8+ years’ client-side Project Management experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Natural leadership qualities with honesty, integrity and credibility
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to absorb information quickly
- Proven project delivery capability, ideally supported by a local network
- Experience across design, stakeholder and risk management
- Strong relationships in the region
