The role
This is a senior project management opportunity designed for an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll combine hands-on project delivery with strategic and operational involvement, gaining exposure to business-wide decision-making.
While the focus will be on projects in Canterbury, you’ll also contribute to a variety of nationwide projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs. You’ll manage client relationships, provide guidance on key project decisions, and play a role in shaping the business.

The ideal candidate
- 8+ years of project management experience in a client-facing environment
- Consultancy experience is essential
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field
- Natural leadership skills, demonstrating integrity and honesty
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to absorb complex information
- Proven track record of successful project delivery; local network desirable
- Experience across design, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
