The Opportunity
They currently seek a Civil Supervisor with experience working on projects across the water infrastructure and energy space.
You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities on site, driving project performance, managing material/ resources and making sure healthy and safety is front and centre of the project team’s mind.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.
  • Coordinate crews and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Run daily pre-starts and toolbox talks to reinforce safety and identify hazards.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers on progress, issues, and design changes.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with NZ standards.
  • Manage materials, plant, and deliveries to maintain productivity
  • Keep accurate site records, including diaries and timesheets
What You’ll Bring
  • Around 10+ years’ industry experience (Preferably in NZ), working on relevant projects across the three waters and energy infrastructure space
  • Ability to read and interpret plans/ construction drawings
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors
  • Health and safety focused with keen understanding of environmental requirements
  • NZ work rights without sponsorship
