The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing team and take ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll be across every stage from feasibility studies and design coordination, to consenting, procurement, and on-site delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly, to brief and on time.
You’ll manage budgets, programmes and risks, striking the right balance between value for money and fit-for-purpose solutions, supported by in-house procurement specialists.
You’ll also keep communication flowing with councils, regulators, end users, and other stakeholders to maintain momentum and secure timely approvals.
In addition to driving project delivery, you’ll have a voice in shaping strategy, making key decisions and nurturing client relationships. Your work will span new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs across an exciting and varied portfolio, giving you the chance to make a real impact on both your projects and the wider business.
About You
A challenging and rewarding senior opportunity within the business that will be hands-on with project delivery but also have the exposure to work at a strategic and operational level. This role will have a focus on projects in Auckland but also deliver a range of varied projects nationwide, which will involve a bit of travel from time to time.

About You
- 8+ yrs Project Management experience in a client-led environment
- Industry recognised degree qualified
- Proven record delivering retail, large-format retail, industrial or commercial projects
- Experience across design and stakeholder and risk management
- Confident with contract management and managing multiple projects at once
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Natural leadership capabilities possessing honesty and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information
