The Company
This well-established consultancy has built a strong reputation as a key player in New Zealand’s construction sector. Known for their exceptional leadership and consistent track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, they are the go-to partner for many high-profile projects nationwide. As a recognised industry leader, they attract some of the best talent in the market. Joining their team means working in a high-performing, collaborative environment that values professional development while keeping the workplace engaging and enjoyable.

The Role
An opening has become available for a Project Manager to join their Auckland team, driven by new projects recently secured. This role offers the chance to contribute to an exciting mix of diverse projects while taking on challenges that will push you to grow and refine your skills.
You’ll be involved in a variety of vertical projects, spanning new builds, refurbishments and fitouts across industrial, education and commercial sectors to name a few. Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors on large-scale projects, you’ll also take full ownership of your own portfolio, managing them from concept through to completion. You’ll play a key role in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and to a high standard. The role comes with ongoing mentorship and structured opportunities to advance your career.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in project delivery within New Zealand
  • A relevant qualification in construction, building science, or engineering
  • The ability to work independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion
  • Background in a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in client-facing settings and running meetings
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive to add value to the team and clients
This consultancy is committed to the growth of its people, offering ongoing training and career development. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, enjoy a positive work culture, and be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
