Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion from design to construction phase.
- Collaborate with staff, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
- Provide clear and concise progress reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive salary package – circa $170k per annum.
