The role
This is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with 8-10-years of consultancy experience who is driven and motivated to become part of their success story. You will be hands-on in leading a team of Project Managers while also delivering a range of interesting and rewarding projects specifically in the industrial sector.
You will be responsible for decision-making and guidance on major issues relating to the execution and delivery of these projects including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring leading a team of project managers internally.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e.: Project Management, Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in Project Management Consultancy / Client Side within New Zealand.
- Excellent experience in understanding and managing construction contracts
- Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion
- The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels
- The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences
- The ability to pull together clear ideas and conclusions from large amounts of technical data
- Experience leading programmes of work within Government led funding & private investment
- Ability to lead an internal team of Project Managers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
