A leading property investment and development group is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, delivery, and performance monitoring of high‑quality property projects across the New Zealand market.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced Investment Managers, Development Managers, and Directors, contributing directly to new investment decisions, development feasibilities, and capital structuring initiatives. It is well suited to a commercially minded analyst looking to deepen exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a well‑resourced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Investment & Financial Analysis
- Build and maintain detailed development and investment feasibilities
- Lead financial analysis on new acquisition and development opportunities
- Monitor financial performance of existing projects and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare investment recommendations for new projects and project variations
- Produce internal investment reports and analysis to support decision‑making
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate due diligence across consultants and advisers
- Assist with establishing bank facilities, including coordination of legal documentation
- Support capital raising activities including investment materials and investor engagement
- Maintain market data sets and undertake company and sector analysis
- Monitor market conditions and communicate key trends to the wider team
- Support special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as required
You will bring:
- Strong experience in investment analysis, property development, or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills
- A strong understanding of property investment and development dynamics
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
- High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement
- Exposure to high‑quality property investment and development projects
