- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform complex civil designs using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, while ensuring quality control throughout the project.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, councils, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee site inspections and manage contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
- Assist in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong background in land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of NZS3910 construction contracts.
- A tertiary qualification in civil engineering (BE, NZDE, BEngTech).
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing projects from start to finish.
- A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
