This role is suited to a capable Intermediate Project Manager who has experience in the consultancy or client-side construction project delivery within NZ. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end from design concept through to construction delivery and final handover, while acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

The Role:
- Lead projects from inception through to completion and handover
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Oversee procurement strategy and programme development
- Coordinate consultants and contractors through design and delivery phases
- Manage budgets, cost control, risk and reporting
- Run project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Drive programme outcomes and proactively manage issues to resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–7+ years’ project management experience in New Zealand
- Consultancy or client-side experience required
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Confident stakeholder and client management capability
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and project lifecycle
- Ability to manage budgets, programmes and risk independently
- NZ3910 contract administration experience and understanding
- Preferably a relevant qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or Architecture
