They now have an opportunity for an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join key projects in Whangārei region. You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one - managing cost reporting, procurement, subcontractor and client claims, and variations - while working closely with site and project teams.

Experience and Skills
- 3-7 years’ QS experience in New Zealand, preferably with a main contractor
- Confident with procurement, claims, variations, cost reporting, and forecasting
- Strong commercial judgement and excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and reliably as part of a team
- Relevant QS or construction qualification
- Located in Whangārei or Auckland’s upper North Shore; willing to commute
