After experiencing a continuous period of sustainable growth through diligent acquisition strategy, the Group are looking for a Senior Asset Manager, to provide strategic direction to the Group’s portfolio, ensuring that value is enhanced, potential downside mitigated and consequently ensuring a stable and well managed property investment portfolio for the business.

The Role

The purpose of the Asset Manager is to manage and administer a portfolio of high-quality property assets to ensure the optimal long-term performance through intelligent acquisitions, active development, asset maintenance, ensuring net rental return and capital growth are maximised, occupancy and lease terms are optimised, and the properties comply with all local body, government, and statutory requirements.

Here you will be working alongside the GM Property, CEO and CFO, contributing across all investment aspects, acquisitions, lease negotiation, key stakeholder management and development opportunities. You will also take immediate responsibility of the existing portfolio of mixed-use assets across the country.

The Person

In addition to 7+ years’ commercial asset management experience, you’re a proven people leader and skilled at building stakeholder rapport. You have strong commercial and financial acumen, exceptional negotiating skills, and advanced Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) capability. You’re passionate about the property industry, have a continuous improvement mindset and a strong Health and Safety focus.
