The Role
You will be joining the company as the sole Quantity Surveyor and working alongside a tight knit team of industry professionals. You will be responsible for the overall project estimates while working with clients and all relevant stakeholders to plan cost factors for the building projects. Your role will include analysing construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates for projects.
The role will require a detailed level of attention and analysis to ensure cost estimates for capital projects are appropriately constructed to allow execution control aligned with the project scope, and have aggressive targets consistent with project risks.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5 year's plus delivering as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
- Good communication and relationship skills to build strong connections with all stakeholders
- Competent knowledge of industry rates and ability to apply them to tendered projects
- Good with systems, processes and relevant industry softwares
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Integrity with the ability to create and maintain trust
- A positive attitude and proactive problem solver
