A leading consultancy firm specialising in providing comprehensive quantity surveying services to a diverse range of clients, is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its team based out of their Auckland office. Consultancy experience is a must for this role! 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide expert quantity surveying advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct detailed cost estimating, cost planning, and procurement services to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Undertake thorough cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises to optimise project outcomes.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documentation, contract administration, and final account settlements.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
Experience and skills required for the role include:
  • Relevant industry qualification in quantity surveying.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Proficient in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
