They are currently looking for an accomplished Property Manager to join their team, with a view to be responsible for a significant portfolio of Office assets, consisting of the Millennium Centre, and the Meridian Building in Auckland.

The Role

The primary objective of the role is to provide the services required to deliver the effective, timely management of the properties and to support the Asset Manager in delivering the Leasing Strategy. This role will be based at the Millennium Centre, alongside the Facilities Manager, as the need for constant tenant interaction is key in delivering the service required. This also brings the opportunity of an autonomous working environment, giving a sense of ownership over the properties that are managed.

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will likely have the following skills and attributes:
  • Bachelor of Property Degree or similar tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
  • 5 years’ experience within property, preferably with strong knowledge of best practice property management principles
  • Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with solid financial model experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication
