They are seeking an established Senior Project Manager to lead on projects and contribute to the continued success of their dynamic team in Hamilton.

You will be responsible for decision-making and guidance on major issues relating to the execution and delivery of projects and company strategy. This will include managing and developing client relationships and contribute to the development of the business. In this role you will focus on providing successful delivery and project management services to clients across an exciting portfolio.

What you will bring:
- Construction relevant degree or qualification
- An understanding of the NZ construction industry with 6+ years experience
- Able to demonstrate project delivery in one or more construction sectors
- Experience in design management
- Clear and articulate communication with ability to express expectations
- Ability to set, observe and re-evaluate project priorities frequently
- A forward planner, who can demonstrate initiative and proactiveness
- Natural leadership capabilities possessing honesty and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information
