The ideal candidate
- 3 + years experience in the Construction industry
- Experience as a Site Manager wanting to move up
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Good communicator and can deal with a fast paced environment
- Experienced in reading plans, managing sub-trades, toolbox meetings and keeping everyone on track.
