As Project Manager you get to lead your own projects and work alongside Senior PM/Project Director on a healthy pipeline of work where you get to create and execute project plans and budgets, oversea design ensuring specifications are met during construction, manage cost projections and make decisions accordingly, manage project risk through mitigation planning and ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and agreed scope.

What you bring to the table:
  • Construction relevant degree or qualification
  • An understanding of the NZ construction industry with 5+ years experience 
  • Able to demonstrate project delivery in one or more construction sectors
  • Clear and articulate communication with ability to express expectations
  • Ability to set, observe and re-evaluate project priorities frequently
  • A forward planner, who can demonstrate initiative and proactiveness
