This Client side organisation are a leading specialist in delivering social infrastructure throughout both the public and private sectors. The role is suited to an Intermediate Project Manager, experienced in construction, who is both results orientated and an autonomous worker. This team are efficient, focused individuals who take their work and careers seriously. They work with high quality and passion on every project in which they deliver. 

This role will consist of delivering across social infrastructure, responsible for stakeholder/client management, risk mitigation, design management, reporting and support across the project lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing property or infrastructure projects, ideally within the client-side environment. 
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent contract administration experience. 
  • Sound communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
