As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of high-profile projects, overseeing programme, budget, safety, and quality outcomes while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. You'll bring proven experience delivering complex builds in the New Zealand market, strong commercial capability, and a leadership style that drives performance and gets the best out of teams.
 
What you'll be doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects
  • Drive project performance, ensuring programmes, budgets, safety, and quality are met
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent project outcomes
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial results
 
 
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on large, complex construction projects in New Zealand, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, practical leadership style that inspires teams and drives results
