What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects
- Drive project performance, ensuring programmes, budgets, safety, and quality are met
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent project outcomes
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial results
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience on large, complex construction projects in New Zealand, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
- Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, practical leadership style that inspires teams and drives results
