You will bring:
- A relevant construction qualification i.e A Bachelor of Building Science, Engineering, Architecture etc.
- Experience delivering NZ building projects end-to-end in a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence running client meetings
- Experience with NZS3910 contract management
- A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a high-performing team
