We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering multi-unit residential or medium-density developments, ideally 25–50+ units. Someone who is confident managing multiple live sites and coordinating teams to achieve quality outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of large multi-unit/townhouse developments
- Overseeing programme management, safety performance and quality assurance
- Managing multiple live sites and coordinating project teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes
- Leading and motivating site teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Proven Project Manager experience within residential or medium-density construction
- A successful track record delivering 25–50+ unit townhouse developments
- New Zealand construction experience (essential)
- Licensed Building Practitioner
- Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of construction contracts
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team performance
