What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of large multi-unit/townhouse developments
  • Overseeing programme management, safety performance and quality assurance
  • Managing multiple live sites and coordinating project teams
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes
  • Leading and motivating site teams to deliver successful project outcomes
What we’re looking for
  • Proven Project Manager experience within residential or medium-density construction
  • A successful track record delivering 25–50+ unit townhouse developments
  • New Zealand construction experience (essential)
  • Licensed Building Practitioner
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of construction contracts
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team performance
In return, you’ll enjoy competitive remuneration, a genuine pathway for progression and the stability of joining a business with a healthy long-term pipeline in the residential development space. If you’re looking for a role where you can contribute, lead and continue to grow, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
