The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join this leading consultancy, driven by a strong pipeline of diverse vertical build projects across the Central Otago region. This role offers highly rewarding work with substantial challenges — adding energy and variety to your daily professional journey.
You'll work across a broad range of projects, from new builds to refurbishments and more within the vertical construction space. You'll collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver quality outcomes, while also independently managing your own portfolio from concept through to completion. You’ll work alongside a variety of stakeholders to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget, all while benefiting from mentorship by seasoned industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 + years of previous experience in project delivery
- Relevant qualification in construction, building science or engineering
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail
- Experience in delivering projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in a consultancy environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client facing experience and comfortable with running meetings.
- Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
