We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at an Intermediate or Senior level to lead the successful delivery of education, healthcare, and public sector projects across the Hamilton and wider Waikato region due to additional project pipeline being secured. Working within a high-performing team, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of property and construction projects while managing stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, councils, developers, schools, and consultants. Provide strategic project leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. Drive project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Work in a collaborative team environment, supporting best-practice project management and governance.

- Proven experience in project management, with ideally a mix of both public and private sector project experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.
- Experience managing project budgets, procurement, and contract administration.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to drive projects forward, solve problems, and deliver quality outcomes.
