The role
Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high profile 56 apartment residential development in Jack's Point, Queenstown. This is a key role for an accomplished PM who thrives on managing complex projects and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and procurement to execution and final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Construction Oversight: Work closely with the Site Manager to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination of contractors and timely resolution of any on-site issues.
  • Concrete & Structural Expertise: Leverage your experience with concrete and structural works to guide the project through key phases, including foundations and multi-level construction.
  • Planning & Contractor Management: Take charge of project planning, creating detailed schedules, and managing contractors to ensure efficient progress on site.
  • Procurement: Handle procurement independently, ensuring that all materials and services are sourced on time and within budget.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: You’ll have a strong Main Contractor background in managing large-scale residential projects, ideally with specific experience in concrete and structural works.
  • Leadership: A natural leader, you’ll guide and support the site team, ensuring clear communication and efficient project execution.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with project management and construction software to optimize workflow and reporting.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Excellent planning, organizational, and contractor management skills are essential.
  • Self-Sufficient: Able to handle procurement, planning, and site support independently while ensuring successful collaboration with the broader team.
