As a household name in the industry, this well-established team who dominate the market are looking to bring an Intermediate Project Manager on board to help deliver their growing pipeline of projects. This consultancy has an international presence for delivering high quality work with a wide scope of service offerings to market. 

This role would see you working on a stable pipeline of secured vertical and infrastructure projects including commercial, rail and roading, hotels, large public sector and education projects.

Role overview:
As an Intermediate level Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering projects from inception to completion, and taking a supporting role on larger projects. Utilise your robust technical skills and knowledge to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations. 

The role is suited to an experienced construction professional who is both results orientated and an autonomous worker. Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute project work plans and monitor compliance with project budgets and documents
  • Ensure design specifications are being met during the construction process
  • Understand cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly
  • Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning
  • Foster and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders
  • Monitor and report against the implemented Health and Safety plan
  • Conduct project review meetings, dealing with contractors work progress, schedule reviews and construction coordination
Qualifications and skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on technical expertise
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Able to demonstrate project delivery across more than one asset class would be advantageous 
  • Ability to set, observe and re-evaluate project priorities frequently
