This specialist Project Management consultancy is looking for a reputable Project Manager to join their team to assist in delivering high quality services across multiple projects in the Infrastructure space.

Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits 
  • Manage resources in conjunction with Managers  
  • Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements 
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively including holding status meetings regularly  
  • Keep Directors informed of project progress and cost status 
  • Client management – effectively work with team and managers to ensure relevant communication with the client is done  
  • Understand cost-to-completion projections and assist in making decisions accordingly  
Requirements: 
  • Degree qualified - Architecture, Construction management, Building Science, Engineering, etc
  • 3-5 years experience working in the Construction industry 
  • Able to demonstrate project delivery in a variety of asset classes
  • Project experience from inception to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills dealing with the demands of the client while managing designers, and contractors on site
  • Ability to develop and hold strong relationships with clients 
  • Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
