After a few years of focusing on business development, building relationships throughout the industry and building up a small team of talented PM's, they feel it is the unquestionable time to recruit for another Project Manager to join their team. With an impressive portfolio of strategic and lucrative projects across the healthcare and commercial sector predominantly, you will be allowed the autonomy to hit the ground running on project delivery, as well as continuing your industry relationships in these asset classes, plus more. 
  
This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to be part of an early success story, in building long lasting relationships, being involved in business growth, and having passage to hand's on Directors which will allow access to professional development and growth. The Directors are looking for individuals who are excited by the opportunity for change that this industry presents, and those who come with a track record in cradle to grave tailored and personal project management. 

The ideal candidate
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, i.e:, Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and management of the company, including evaluating performance enhancing opportunities
  • Excellent experience in understanding and managing construction contracts
  • Direct, monitor and control all aspects of projects from start through to post-project completion
  • The ability to manage relationships and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • The ability to analyse complex technical information to provide advice to a wide range of audiences
  • Provide inspiring leadership and build a high-performance culture and team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
