Based in Christchurch, you will be working alongside a skilled team to deliver a range of new build, refurbishments and upgrades from concept through to completion through design, cost and delivery.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for their own works but also work with the Lead PM on major projects in the region
- Working closely with design teams on complex issues, and progress on projects
- Managing the project programme and cost plan
- Ensuring design specifications are being met during the construction process
- Building a strong relationship with your clients so they are confident in your ability and for future work.
What the right candidate will look like
- 4-7 years delivery experience ideally from a client side or professional consultancy background
- Industry recognised degree qualified - construction management, architecture, engineering
- Passionate working within industry
- Someone with a dynamic and high energy personality
- Proven experience working on high spec, project rich developments
- Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information
- Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion with confidence across risk
