Current projects include tourism, retail, apartments. large infrastructure and sports and leisure.

Based in Christchurch, you will be working alongside a skilled team to deliver a range of new build, refurbishments and upgrades from concept through to completion through design, cost and delivery. 
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for their own works but also work with the Lead PM on major projects in the region
  • Working closely with design teams on complex issues, and progress on projects
  • Managing the project programme and cost plan
  • Ensuring design specifications are being met during the construction process
  • Building a strong relationship with your clients so they are confident in your ability and for future work.
There is plenty of future scope within the company to get across other asset classes within the portfolio you will be responsible for. 
 
What the right candidate will look like
  • 4-7 years delivery experience ideally from a client side or professional consultancy background
  • Industry recognised degree qualified - construction management, architecture, engineering 
  • Passionate working within industry
  • Someone with a dynamic and high energy personality 
  • Proven experience working on high spec, project rich developments
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to absorb a sea of information 
  • Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion with confidence across risk
