Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and supervise civil works on site.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on financials.
- Interpret plans to ensure accuracy & quality.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met, prestart risk assessments, toolbox discussions, PPE equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- History of delivering projects to meet time, quality, and budget targets, as well as customer expectations.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and relate to people at all levels.
- Experience managing civil projects.
- Self-starter who is both organised and disciplined.
